VECCS members receive a substantial discount on registration (along with many other member benefits), however, you do not need to be a member to register. If you’ve never been a VECCS member, you will be given the option to join when you register and can take advantage of the discounted registration rate!
The virtual registration includes 4 tracks per day (except for the first day which has 2 tracks) that will be live streamed, during the in-person sessions in St. Louis, MO. This means you can watch the live stream via the My Show Planner, at the times listed in the program (Central Time) and will then be able to view them on-demand for 30 days after the show. There will be no extended access and no refunds will be issued for technical difficulties. These sessions are indicated on the program schedule, with the 
Wi-Fi icon.

No, each individual will need to register for the entire conference.
Cancellation requests received on or before June 30th, 2024 will receive 80% refund or can be changed to a Virtual Registration and refunded the difference.
Cancellation requests received July 1st – July 31st, 2024 will receive 50% refund or can be changed to a Virtual Registration and refunded the difference.
Any cancellation requests received on or after August 1st, 2024 will not be refunded. Registrations can still be changed to a Virtual Registration but no refund will be issued for this change.

To add workshops/labs, networking events and/or add-ons to your registration, click on the button “View/Modify Registration” located in your Registration Confirmation Email. You will need your confirmation number to login.
For session changes or refund requests, please contact the registration support team at [email protected] or call 972-349-5423. A $10 fee will be charged for removing a workshop or lab course. The fee does not apply to add a workshop/lab course or to remove yourself from a waitlist. Workshops/labs cannot be transferred to another registrant.
Starting August 1st, 2024, workshops/labs that do not have a waitlist will not be refunded if cancelled. If a waitlist exists and the spot is filled, you will be refunded minus the $10 change fee. Absolutely no refunds starting August 15th, 2024.

In-person attendees can earn up to 43 live CE hours and virtual attendees can earn up to 26 live CE hours. 92 CE hours are available on-demand through October 11th, 2024. The IVECCS 2024 Program is subject to change and is pending RACE approval.

The closest airport to America’s Center Convention Complex is the St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL).
Transportation is not provided to and from the airport, however, many transportation options from the airport are available here.
The hotel booking link is located in your Registration Confirmation email. Use the link to book at the discounted rate at one of the many hotel room blocks. The group rates are only available until early August or until the room block is full. The hotel rooms sell out fast so book early to secure your room!
All attendees will receive box lunches on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday which will be available for pick up in the Exhibit Hall. Be sure to have your Attendee Lunch Ticket that is in your badge.
You can also attend the Breakfast Lectures or Lunch & Learn sessions in room 220/221/228/229 that will include complimentary food.
If you attend the MDRs on Saturday, a ticket for lunch is included. Pre-registration and additional fees required.
During registration, you will be asked to express any dietary restrictions. This helps VECCS provide the Food & Beverage team with more accurate counts and is used for ordering purposes. Meals are not assigned to your registration. VECCS does our best to provide enough food for different needs.

The Welcome Reception is located at Ballpark Village on Sunday, Sept. 8th from 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Don’t forget your drink tickets (located in your badge)! You must wear your badge to be admitted into the reception.
The Keynote lecture will be presented by Craig Challen, “Against All Odds: The Story of the 2018 Thai Cave Rescue” in room 223/224/225/226 on Monday, Sept. 9th from 11:00am – 12:00pm.
Yes! Your badge must be worn for admittance into sessions, receptions, the exhibit hall, and any other IVECCS event locations.
All attendees have free online access to the proceedings. You will receive login instructions in the weeks prior to the show. Attendees that register after August 18th, 2024 will receive access after the show. You can also purchase a hard copy book or flash drive of the proceedings as an add-on during registration or on-site at the registration desk (while supplies last). Any remaining proceedings books or flash drives after the conference will be available for purchase on the VECCS online store.

We encourage you to create your account early to avoid any delays in accessing the live streamed lectures. You will need to be on a computer or browser in your phone to watch the virtual sessions. We recommend Google Chrome.
